If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card.

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers refunds or replacements if the products are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above.
6. Flower availability and substitution
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Cookies
About cookies
Cookies are small packets of information stored by a web browser on your computer.
There are two main types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies.
Session cookies are removed from your computer when you close your browser and are mainly used, for example, to store information about the items in your shopping basket.
Conversely, persistent cookies remain stored on your computer until they are deleted or when they reach their expiry date. This type of cookie is often used to anonymously track your activity on a website so the website owner can analyse the data to see if there are ways they can improve their website.
There are many reasons why a website may use cookies, however, the important thing to know about them is they are harmless.
Cookies used by La Fête Fleurie
La Fête Fleurie does not use cookies directly and for any information on how they are used in our database we would be referring to our website provider to gather this information. Our website is managed and hosted by Wix.
